We are inviting qualified contractors to submit a proposal for renovation work at the property located at 5 Kennedy Parkway in Cortland, New York.
The project will involve interior renovations and related improvements to the building. The RFP document includes the project scope, submission requirements, and the anticipated schedule for the work.
If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please review the attached RFP materials. There is a mandatory meeting at 5 Kennedy Parkway at 1pm on 03/12/26. Proposals must be submitted no later than 03/26/26 at 9:45am. Late submissions will not be considered.
